Q.How Long From Seed To Three Foot Plant?

So how long to germinate and grow from a nicked and soaked white hybiscus seed to a three foot plant?

For a hardy hibiscus, I would count on two to three years. Maybe a little quicker if you're growing tropical hibiscus. Also, if you saved seed from a hybrid, it won't grow true, meaning it may not look like the parent.
