It needs full sun to part shade to bloom well. Part shade is about 2 to 4 hours of sun, so the morning sun position should be ideal.

need, let’s say five hours of direct warning sign, would it be from 7 to 12 PM. Because at 7 AM there really isn’t a lot of direct sunlight. So I don’t really know what specific hours to leave it out for. Do what I do I leave it out from 7 to 12 or 8 to 1. Please help me
You can leave it outside all day. Since you are in a cooler area, it can tolerate more sun. So anything from 4 to 6 hours would probably work well. It it's a little more or less that should be fine, too.
If you have a morning sun position, try that. If it isn't blooming well, move it to a sunnier area.
My fuchsia cuttings we're taken on the 24th July 2022 they are rooted with about 4 pairs of leaves I have a greenhouse with warming cables in the sand box on my staging Thanks for your Help
If your greenhouse stays above freezing during the winter, you can keep them in there. If not, keep them inside the house and take care of them like you would houseplants.
With what can I (just a domestic gardener) clean pests from plant cuttings with an immersion dip.I think I saw that alcohol can be used but cant verify that. Fuchsia leaf gall mite is an especial problem Regards
For the gall mites, a miticide is appropriate. The article below explains how to treat a plant infested with fuchsia leaf gall mite. It also suggests replacing your stock with resistant varieties.

Cuttings should be taken from healthy plants. If they have a pest or disease issue, that should be cleared up first. Dipping them in alcohol could kill the cuttings.
