need, let’s say five hours of direct warning sign, would it be from 7 to 12 PM. Because at 7 AM there really isn’t a lot of direct sunlight. So I don’t really know what specific hours to leave it out for. Do what I do I leave it out from 7 to 12 or 8 to 1. Please help me

You can leave it outside all day. Since you are in a cooler area, it can tolerate more sun. So anything from 4 to 6 hours would probably work well. It it's a little more or less that should be fine, too.
If you have a morning sun position, try that. If it isn't blooming well, move it to a sunnier area.
