Also is the root system shallow or deep, considering irregation PVC lines?
They will not usually become invasive in your area. In fact, it will more than likely need extra protection in the winter. Especially when the temperatures dip below 30. They are not hardy down passed this until they are much older.

I have three plants in a 16-inch pot: a 6 foot quenepas (about 15 years old), a date palm with a stem of about 4" and leaves at least 5 feet tall (at least 20 yrs old), and a dracone marginata about 3 1/2 feet high, (must be at least 30 yrs old.) They all appear to be healthy and thriving, though the dracona isn't getting any bigger. They are about 6' back from a south window. I recently got a bigger pot, 17" wide at the top with a much bigger base. I would like to move the jungle to the larger pot, but I am afraid of injuring it. Advise? Leave well enough alone, or try to move them? If move, what is the best way to do it with something this size? (For years they were in an ice cream tub, so when I moved them up to the 16" pot, I just tore the tub apart.)
Re-potting larger plants can be a challenge, you may need professional help. At least have someone else on hand; four hands are better than trying to do it yourself.
This guideline from the following article is an important point: "Don't wait for outward signs that a plant needs repotting. The following clues tell you it's time to repot:
1.You see lots of roots coming through the drain hole.
2.You find matted roots near the soil surface.
3.You slip the plant from its container and you see more roots than soil."

There is no way to keep a Date Palm from growing it's mature height by pruning it.
If you want to grow a Dwarf Date Palm; they have a mature height of 8 to 10 feet.

Hello. The short palm in front looks sickly. Can you tell from photos what may be issue? Also there’s white residue on larger palms. I used palm fertilizer about a month ago (grass on either side of palm was killed in preparation for new landscaping). Thank you
Looks like a pretty good case of Palm Scale.

It has 4 branches/trunks and I would like to remove one. Will this harm the plant?
There is a possibility that cutting of one stems low on the plant will open it to a soil borne fungus disease: Gandoderma butt rot. This disease is more prevalent in Florida because of the number of palms and increased potential of exposure.
This is more of a risk for an outdoor plant in the ground, than for an indoor or patio plant in a container. If you planted in native soil with other palms in the vicinity, then that increases the risk. If you planted in an artificial growing medium, potting soil, then the risk is minimal, but not impossible for the palm to become infected with the pathogen.
I'd say don't do it unless you have to.
