rue? If so what can I do to save the plant? Cucumber plant one leaf has many yellow blemishes
It could be, but it is likely many other things, as well.
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through, so I cannot see what is going on. I can provide some articles that will help, though.
The attached is from my garden. These are pickling cucumber plants. They were next to zucchini that never produced and suffered a similar but much more advanced state/fate. Any advice from the image of what it is and how to treat it? I am a new gardener. Thank you
Your soil is, heavily, infected with bacteria. This would signal that the soil remains too wet for too long, or had at one time, but had never been treated after.
You will need a fungicide, or you can solarize the bed. Personally, I would opt for a solarization with soils that are this badly infected. This will take the better part of a whole gardening season, though.

Once the soil has returned to a clean state, you can amend it. This will help:

I have 4 cucumber plants in my garden and all of them are starting to get yellow/brown spots on the leaves. Then the leaves slowly start to curl. Pics included. Please advise
It looks like insect damage, but could be the start of an infection, as well.

I have grown cucumbers for a few years but usually have two plants, this year only one due to garden centres being closed earlier. My daughter in law gave me one of hers, so wondered if it needs another plant to help germinate?
No, they will be self fertile, and pollinate itself.
You may just have all male flowers, or all female flowers. This will resolve itself, at some point, but this can be normal.
Here is an article that will offer more insight into hand pollinating, which may be necessary:

Hi, I'm growing japanese pickling cucumbers, and I'm hand pollinating them. The problem is that i only got 2 male flowers in the beginning, and nothing but female flowers ever since. Am i doing something wrong? I don't think it's the parthenocarpic kind because the female flowers don't get pollinated and just shrivel up and die.
In this case, you may want to plant several plants in the future. This can help with the ratio of male to female flowers. Other than that, it will be up to the climate. Here are some articles that will help:

Does this look fungal or bacterial? Can we eat the cucumbers from it or would they also be infected?
It looks like anthracnose, a fungal disease. The fruit can be infected but if it doesn't show any spots you can try it. It may taste off, however. Here is more:

I believe it's a vole not an insect
If leaves come back, and there is new growth, then you will likely get a crop. Here is an article that will help you with vole control:
