Cucumber Plant Disease

Question

Does this look fungal or bacterial? Can we eat the cucumbers from it or would they also be infected?

It looks like anthracnose, a fungal disease. The fruit can be infected but if it doesn't show any spots you can try it. It may taste off, however. Here is more:
