These are cucumbers, green beans, and tomato plants. They are planted in a raised bed garden. It has recently been raining a lot. At least once a day for about a week. Two days ago I sprayed a mixture of dish soap and water on the plants because we have noticed a pest problem. Do you think the discoloration is due to overwatering from the rain, mosaic virus, or the dish soap mixture?

You could try treating your plants with neem oil. You may have more than one creature feasting on your leaves, and neem oil should resolve it with a few treatments. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm
Can sage be planted on a different side of a house to avoid stunting growth of cucumbers?
I'm sure that is fine. The references don't say how far is far enough but I think as long as they aren't in the same garden will do. Other references say to avoid all aromatic herbs with cucumber, not just sage.

Hello, on my windowsill indoors I have 3 cucumber seedlings between 3-4 inches and I can see another 2 starting to poke out of the soil but the problem is they are all in a tiny container (a tankard!). Should I separate them now into bigger pots? Im scared to move them incase I kill them! Any advice would be fab.
Yes, I would move them now before the roots get too entangled.

Recycling Bin Dimensions: - Assembled Width: 11 3/4 in (30 cm) - Assembled Depth: 17 3/8 in (44 cm) - Assembled Height: 7 3/8 in (18.75 cm)
It would work as long as you have some kind of drainage in the bottom. Can you drill holes in it? If not, I would look elsewhere for a container. Large nursery pots will work.
We have just put our crystal lemon cucumbers into a trug and the bottom leaves have developed a thin white edge and some of the main leaves are turning yellow .is this normal? If not what can we do about it?
No, this is not normal.
This could be multiple issues, from overwatering to nutrient toxicity from overfeeding.
To know for sure, I would test the soil. Here are some articles that will help:

Every year I plant a cucumber in my greenhouse, the initial crop of flowers produce about 4 cucumbers. The next flowers open and small yellowish cucumbers form but fall off once they are about 1 inch long. I regularly feed them as instructed but as this happens every time I must be doing something wrong. Can you please advise?
Unfortunately, without photos it would be hard to say. It sounds like the plant declines over time, and it could be due to overwatering, or nutrient depletion, or even disease.
