Is there some place I can purchase Under the Sea Coleus seeds from? I haven't had any luck finding seeds and just love these.
We do not recommend vendors but suggest you call your local nursery or extension service or try to order them online. Best of luck in finding these seeds! Here's an article you may want to read:

That is a beautiful leaf color but you might get something a little different. A lot of misrepresentation goes on in Internet seed sales. Be careful who you buy from. Here are instructions for growing coleus:

I fertilized, using epsom salt in the flower beds. I watered everything the days before. Then I transferred. I was told to use lavender and epsom salt in my beds but now I’m scared I’ve done something wrong.
It looks like it needs water. They like to be kept moist. It may be in shock after the transfer. It probably didn't need the lavender epsoms but I don't think it hurt it either.

So it has been 5 days that a noticed that my coleus plant has started to have big holes and some leaves are turning black and others are falling alone. I have searched for bugs like worms but nothing. I have heard that it is good to have coleus flowers at a bright place but because my country is really hot the leaves are dying. What should I do.
This is a case of overwatering.
The soil should be allowed to dry, thoroughly, down to at least 2 inches between waterings.
From here, you will need a fungicide, and proper care to restore the plant's beauty.

Why is it that my dark leaf coleus -the leaves come thru and go brown so I need to remove them so often.
The coleus is probably overwatered or the soil does not drain well. Either can cause root or stem rot, which will ultimately cause the demise of the plant.
Let the soil get surface dry between waterings. The leaves will start to go limp if it needs water before then. After watering, it will perk right up.

e next am was looking like it was about to die! Is it possible we over fertilized? We've had for several weeks and it was beautiful! Thank you for your help!
It could be very likely that it is overfed, and overwatered. These are easy to overfeed, and will require very little nutrients.
I would amend the soil with a seedling soil mix, which will contain very little nutrients. This will dilute the soil in the container, now.
