There are a few common reason why they refuse to bloom. The most likely is that there is too much nitrogen in the soil, or not enough potassium and phosphorus. There are several other reasons discussed in this article: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/calla-lily/make-calla-lily-bloom.htm

No, they will survive in your climate. Say Hi to my sister in Port Angeles! She has a clump she hasn't even divided in decades.

    Hello,

Thank you for sending us your gardening question. There are several reasons a calla lily may not bloom. However, if you have healthy, green foliage, it is probably not a watering issue. From your description, it sounds like your plants are getting enough sunlight. Therefore, you may wish to try a "bloom booster" fertilizer, one that has a high content of phosphorus and less nitrogen. If you want to use an organic fertilizer, you can use bone meal.

It will feel like a root cracking. Dig around them pretty far out, and shake the dirt off. Digging way past where they are growing will ensure that you do not damage the plant. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/calla-lily/calla-lily-winter-care.htm
