If I do not dig up the plants should I cut back the leaves that are turning brown?
That is up to you. Removing the brown leaves will not hurt the plant and makes the plant look tidier. But if you don't have time to do s now, you don't have to remove them now.
It is recommended that you remove the dead, brown foliage in the fall though to help keep disease and pests from having a place to over winter.
2 of my calli lilies have some kind of bulb growing on the inside of the bloom. What is this?

Hello, I just noticed that my outdoor calla lilies are have little black bugs in the stem. I also noticed that when I water it, a lot of ants crawl out from the soil. How can I get rid of these bugs without harming my plants Thanks in advance Marjorie
I would wash the plant with a good stream of water. Outdoors or in the sink you can do this.
The ants are likely drawn to Honeydew; which is the residue from pests.
Then treat the plant with Neem Oil.

My calla lily plants are growing beautifully. They have doubled in size and have lush green leaves but they have not flowered. They are planted in a bed that has early morning shade but full sun from late morning to evening. Is there something I can do to make them flower? Thank you for any suggestions you can give me.
Here is a link that will help you.

we seem to be getting more leaf than flower, when we got them four years ago they did very well, but the number of flowers has gone down hill ?.
Callas like moisture and sun which is a tough combo in some areas of the country. I've always grown or seen them in the ground and they are relatively problem free. This makes me suspicious that 1. that pot is too small or 2. the soil is spent and there isn't the energy for blooms. Over 4 years, the bulbs (really rhizomes) will have grown quite a bit. Do you lift and divide these annually? This isn't necessary for in-ground callas but I would do it with potted ones. Then refresh the soil.
I have 2 beautiful Yellow Callas they are growing beautifully only problem is the flowers are growing in green not yellow,so it looks like I'm growing the leaves with green flowers. What do I do to get the yellow flowers back?
This article will explain the issue.

My Calla Lilies sometimes the bloom is too heavy & droops to the dirt. These blooms seem to have some kind of pod inside that has what looks like seeds. These seeds are large & are stuck together filling the entire flower. Can you help me ?
What you describe is a normal flower/seed pod. How deeply are the bulbs/corms planted? When did you last lift the clump and divide it? Do you remove the flower stalk once the color fades? There are several pages of calla care here: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/calla-lily/growing-calla-lilies-and-care-of-calla-lilies.htm
