Our cabbages have holes in the leaves. What natural treatments can we use to get rid of the pest(s)?
It is likely slugs. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/facts-about-slugs-and-how-to-kill-garden-slugs.htm

I have grown some cabbages with perfect formed heads but after I harvested and cooked them, it was tough to eat. What causes this problem? Could it be the soil or weather? I look forward to hearing from you and thanks. Regards Serina
Environmental extremes could be a cause.
Harvesting at the proper times are important.
Also many gardeners I know swear by steaming the cabbage verses boiling it. If you do boil it use little water as possible and only cook for no more than 5 min.
Here is a link about harvesting.

My cabbage has 6 heads, 1 large and 5 smaller ones. The small ones get bigger, they're still growing. Will they get as big as the main one? I planted May 10 and was hoping they would.
Growing conditions will determine the size of the harvest.

Our cabbage-collard plants have become infected with very small white bugs which I think are aphids. They are destroying our plants which we eat and feed our chickens. What we need is a non-toxic treatment. What recommendations) do you make?
I would try using neem oil on the bugs, regardless of the type. That should kill them and the plants will be safe. Here is more info: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm
Why are leaves turning pale green?
This is most likely a nitrogen deficiency issue.
You can use Blood Meal for a quick dose of Nitrogen.
Read and distribute according to the package directions.
You may also want to have a soil test done on the garden soil.

I have two cabbage plants from last year that have grown flowers, as shown on the attached photo. Can you tell me what can I do with it? This is the first time I have grown cabbage. Will it produce cabbage, seeds or it is just ornamental? Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you, Bill Gorajia

Please feel free to upload another image if the information below does not answer your question.
A Cabbage that has bolted will send out flowers, these flowers will eventually become seeds.
Your existing plant will not produce a Cabbage head any longer, you will need to start out with new plants.
