Q.Aphids or not?

Anonymous added on September 6, 2015 | Answered

Our cabbage-collard plants have become infected with very small white bugs which I think are aphids. They are destroying our plants which we eat and feed our chickens. What we need is a non-toxic treatment. What recommendations) do you make?

I would try using neem oil on the bugs, regardless of the type. That should kill them and the plants will be safe. Here is more info: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm
