Planted 8 years ago.Now 4 foot tall. Flowered first time last year. 5 new plants appeared underneath it s few weeks ago. Do I leave them.
This is my question. I tried to up load 5 pictures and only one up loaded. The picture you can see is one of the new plants growing under the large plant. I will try and up load pictures again.
I have Dahlia,Calla lily and Begonia bulbs that I didn't get in the ground due to health promblems. Is there any way I can keep them to next spring? I live in New york State.
Yes, you can store your bulbs, so long as they are dry and in a dark, cool place. If they get soft and mushy, throw them out. Here are two articles with tips:

I planted my Siberian Iris in 1986. They have been producing fewer and fewer flowers for the past 5 years. This year there were only 8 blooms on quite a large patch. I want to plant new ones this fall. Should I remove the old bulbs? Thank you. Linda Velleco
That would be best. Removing them, and amending your soil, will be the appropriate course of action.
Here are some articles that will help you to prepare your soil once you get them removed:

will the plants be ok should i put them in a cooler place or will they be ok until spring
I think this article will have your answers:

Our bulbs became dormant here in IA approx 1 month ago. We purchased in Tucson last spring and transported them to IA for our summer. We leave this coming Mon for 5 months back in Tucson and I was wondering if I can take the bulbs with me and repot in a month or 2? I took the bulbs out of the soil today and also wonder if I do something special with the offsets growing on the original bulb?
I'm not clear on the type of bulb they are. Is it summer flowering bulbs that bloomed in Iowa that you are taking back to Arizona? If so, they can just be left in the soil in Iowa over winter. Unless they are canna bulbs or other non hardy bulbs. Bulbs such as Asiatic and Oriental lilies are hardy to zone 4 and can be left in the ground.
If they are non-hardy bulbs like canna, calla or gladiolas, they can be grown in pots and transported back and forth. Or just left in your garage in Iowa over winter.
Here is information about the offsets:

I have just found out that bulbs can be damaged if stored near fruit as they give off ethylene gas. I had kept daffodil and tulip bulbs in our garage for a month and about 2 weeks ago my husband put 2 buckets of apples near the bulbs. The bulbs look alright but I don't know if they will flower normally in the spring. What do you think? I have moved the bulbs now.
As long as the bulbs are still firm and plump, I believe they will bloom normally. Ethylene gas can cause the shoot to begin emerging from the bulb or the formation of a brown, hard deposit, called gummosis, on the outside of the bulb.

I am moving to a new house in southern Wisconsin. I just pulled up several daffodil, tulip, and hyacinth bulbs. They are currently drying in the garage. The temperatures are highs 39-45F and lows 25-34F. I will place in mesh bags and then a box to transport. I am wondering if I don't get a chance to plant them this fall before the snow, what do I need to do to them for the winter and when should I plant them again outside?
Since all of these will need an autumn planting, I would store them until next autumn. This article will help:
