I have small beetle insects destroying my bean bed. How do I get rid of them?
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the pests in question. Most insecticides will help, as long as you follow all instructions carefully.

what are some vegetables you can grow under a led grow light?
As long as these are not the "Blurple" panels. Plants really appreciate at least 9, but preferably, 12 bands of light light spectrum for good health.
White LED panels work, but there is a lot of wasted spectrum, thus, wasted energy. I don't recommend LED panels unless they include at least 9 bands of the light spectrum. Infrared and Ultraviolet bands are a plus, but not all plants require them for health.
If you have a good panel, then there is no limit (other than space) for what you can grow under them!

I grow my bean in a raised garden and when produce they produce, but in august they die
It is likely the type of bean. Some beans will die, immediately, after production. Some will continue on producing. I would advise trying different bean varieties to see which suits you, best.

Hi, wondering if I can or should plant cover crop in our garden? And is it to late to do so? If I still can what should I plant just looking to build up soil organically. Figure instead of letting garden sit alll winter maybe good try planting cover. Complete greenhorn here so thanks for any help.
Unfortunately, it is a little late for planting fall crops, and a little early to plant spring crops. In a few months you can begin to plant your late winter and spring crops, though. This will be, mainly, cowpeas, soybeans, and buckwheat.

I pulled the plant up and it had some kind of liquid that was red coming out of it and what looked like black sludge
This is a slime mold! It is unsightly, but it is doing its best to save your plant from some nasty bacteria in the soil. The slime molds will eat these bacteria.
