As long as these are not the "Blurple" panels. Plants really appreciate at least 9, but preferably, 12 bands of light light spectrum for good health.

White LED panels work, but there is a lot of wasted spectrum, thus, wasted energy. I don't recommend LED panels unless they include at least 9 bands of the light spectrum. Infrared and Ultraviolet bands are a plus, but not all plants require them for health.

If you have a good panel, then there is no limit (other than space) for what you can grow under them!
