to water and new roots will grow? This legginess happened because 2x it was diseased. It's been 2 years since this has happened.
What you are seeing on the end of stems is either an unpollinated seed pod, an unopened bract, or a mature seed pod if it is swelling and changing color. It will not likely grow roots by putting it in water, however if the seeds are fully mature and pop out of the pod with light pressure, then they may be able to be propagated. However, read this article below; it's kind of tricky to get viable seed.

I have my plant in my office at work. It has not been exposed to sunlight but fluorescent lights. The stems have grown so tall and long that it is falling over. Also there are multiple stems that are all somewhat thin. It is also no longer blooming. I have brought it home but need to know how to bring it back to health.
Here are articles on pruning and plant care. After pruning, follow the directions for plant care. It may also need to be repotted, but that can wait till your plant gets acclimated to the pruning and new home. It needs bright, indirect light and a well-draining potting mix. Be careful not to overwater.

My Anthurium plant has been very healthy for over a year. Now, after I repotted it, it is drooping. The leaves aren't turning yellow, but it's been this way for over two weeks. I usually water it from the bottom once a week. I tried watering it from the top and letting it dry out more. Nothing has changed. What should I do?
Wilting is a common repotting issue. Make sure you followed the repotting directions in the link below.

If you use too large of a container it is easy to overwater and root rot can happen. Pot should only be an inch or two larger.
One side is normally formed but the other side is curled & assymetrical.
I HAVE BOUGHT A TRAY OF 6 MADAM BUTTERFLY ANTIRRHINUMNS, THEY ARE 6/7 INCHES TALL WITH 2 SETS OF LEAVES, HOW FAR BACK SHOULD I PINCH THE TOPS OUT?
Don't take any more than one third of the height of the plant when cutting it back. Here's an article on snapdragons:

My Anthurium is getting brown spots again. help help They were so perfect for so long I really haven't done anything else to them but now I’m starting to think maybe they just need to have one packed with both plants in it or at least transplant them. They look like they’re just too crowded in there. Please see the picture and thank you thank you thank you And yes I wait until they’re dry before I water them I just think they have to be transplanted.
It could be a nutrient deficiency. If you haven't been fertilizing, a timed release fertilizer is good, but since your plant is stressed, use a liquid fertilizer at 25 percent strength till the plant recovers. Here is an article on when to repot and basic care.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but the leaves turning yellow are the original ones. Should I use Epsom Salts are phosphorus enhancer when I water?
Yellowing is caused by many factors. Before adding anything, you will need to test the soil to make sure that what you are adding is deficient, as adding too much of a nutrients can cause more issues.
These plants are VERY particular in their care and environment, and any deviation from their natural care will cause multiple symptoms.
This article will explain the care of these picky plants. Once that care is provided, perfectly, then you can begin to diagnose issues outside of that:

It is worth noting that they are not near hardy in your zone, so wintering them indoors will be necessary.
