I'm wondering if skunks are a problem in the yard at night - spraying and foraging, etc?
Yes, these animals are nocturnal, coming out at night, though you may occasionally see them in the evenings or early morning hours.
I have an extremely large front and backyard and for years it seems to be infested with an unusual amount of moles. We have tried the mole traps and etc. , which were not successful. Because of the amount of moles, buying mole repellent can get very costly. Is there a 'home remedy' that you can recommend that will get rid of my yard mole infestation?
Getting rid of moles is tricky and nothing is deemed to be fully effective. Nonetheless, anything is worth a try. Here is an article that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/mole-control-home-remedies-for-removing-moles-from-your-yard.htm
Can Worry Free Dog and Cat repellent be applied to a vegetable garden?
A large part of the garden is patchy and full of dips, mainly as a result of having a fence put up and the dogs digging! I want to corden sections off and see if I can plant grass seed. What construction could I use to allow the grass to grow without the dogs jumping on it?
The only way to keep the dogs off the grass while reseeding is to fence off the areas.
I have an empty patch of dirt, next to a fence, that receives little sunlight. My dog continues to dig holes in this area. I want to find a nice looking shrub to keep my dog from digging in the area. Any suggestions?
You might try barberry. It can tolerate shade and looks nice, but has some rather long thorns, so animals tend to avoid it.
All my garden plants have to be covered with wire because the cats dig them out or spray on them. Help!!

I know the feeling, I started planting marigolds around and in between as I had heard cats don't like the smell of them and it worked..
Need to know how to keep rabbits from eating my vegetable plants. I do not want to use fencing or dried blood.

There is a product called Liquid Fence that is a deer and rabbit repellant. It works very well for me here. It does need to be re-applied if you get a good rain or the sprinkler rinses things down well. They also make a granular formula that works very well. Just follow the label instructions as to days before harvest. It is the best thing I have found and does work.
