I have planted two blueberry plants which currently are heavily budded. If I apply MAXICROP LIQUID SEAWEED, will it damage the buds?
I personally have not used the above mentioned product, but I do use a fish emulsion fertilizer on my blueberries.
I water it into the roots, and try not to spray directly onto the plant. blossoms or berries.
Here is an article that may be of help.

Had them several years but they have not grown at all, same as when I put them in ground - no leaves, nothing. I have put a lot of peat, chicken manure, etc. and still nothing. I have 2 that are supposed to be for California climates. We are by the ocean.
Your soil ph level is most likely the problem.
I would highly recommend having your soil tested.

I have one and blood meal to put on them. Can I use both and how much? They are in big flower pots. How much cottonseed meal and blood and bone meal should I put on my 3 yr. old blueberries that are planted in big flower pots?
A soil test is highly recommended in order to determine your ph levels. Only then can you determine how much cottonseed meal or bone meal you would need to apply.

I agree that it can be difficult to understand the results of your soil test!

Can I grow blueberry bushes in containers and when they start producing move them to my screened in porch? I would like to grow 2 blueberry bushes in containers. I would like to transfer them to my screened in porch when they start producing to keep the critters out. Would that work?
Blueberries need full sun to do well so I would not recommend this unless your blueberries were receiving full sun on your porch. The ripening of berries is influenced by the sun. I would recommend putting your pots on the porch at night and moving them back out during the day.

My Mexican blueberry is in a large container and has some fruit but the leaves are dropping and turning brown. The pH is 6 and it gets 5 hrs of sun. What else can I do?
How have you been watering it and is it in well-draining soil? Over or under-watering could cause the leaf drop/browning you are seeing. I would strive to keep the soil lightly moist (not damp/soggy or dry).
Another reason could be rust which, in extreme cases, can cause leaves to brown and drop. More information can be found here: Cornell University PDF on blueberry rust:
