Blueberry Bushes
Q.

blueberries in containers

Can I grow blueberry bushes in containers and when they start producing move them to my screened in porch? I would like to grow 2 blueberry bushes in containers. I would like to transfer them to my screened in porch when they start producing to keep the critters out. Would that work?

Blueberries need full sun to do well so I would not recommend this unless your blueberries were receiving full sun on your porch. The ripening of berries is influenced by the sun. I would recommend putting your pots on the porch at night and moving them back out during the day.
