Spraying Blueberry Bushes

Question

I have planted two blueberry plants which currently are heavily budded. If I apply MAXICROP LIQUID SEAWEED, will it damage the buds?

I personally have not used the above mentioned product, but I do use a fish emulsion fertilizer on my blueberries.
I water it into the roots, and try not to spray directly onto the plant. blossoms or berries.
