Will My Rosemary Regrow From A 6 Inch Tall Stump

I was told it had to be removed but a week later after I had cut everything off found out that it did not have to be removed… am very upset… it was a four foot tall bush!!! I am in very coastal San Diego, two miles from the beach…Can / will it regrow??? What should I do to it??

Yes, it should regrow. Just keep it watered as you normally do.
