Q.Will dogwood trees grow in Orlando, Fl

Hot in summer and winters get to high 30’s for only a few days of winter.

Orlando is pretty much on the fringe of the ideal growing area for a flowering dogwood tree (ones with white or cream colored bracts, not pink). It is best in USDA zones 8a through 9a, no further south than Orlando.
