Q.Why Does My Pothos Plant Look Like This?

Is there a better place I should put this plant in my home? Why are the new shoots unraveling brown/brittle? And why are the leaves droopy and limp?

I believe I see some insects on it. Try spraying it with Neem Oil about once a week till it perks up. It needs bright but indirect light, so if it is getting full sun, move it to a southern or eastern exposure.
