Hi I am getting the leaves of my dahlias eaten by something (nothing else in the garden) any ideas what?

It looks a lot like damage from night feeding pests, such as slugs, snails, and cutworms. Diatomaceous earth can reduce snails and slugs, but squishing the cutworms may be necessary.
