Q.What Is This Cactus?

Zone 10001 | Cjj44 added on February 1, 2022 | Answered

I was given this cutting and would appreciate any identification help. The “leaf” looks like my night-bloomer’s one but the weird thing is that the tendrils are growing out from the top of the “leaf. “

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to identify the plant in question. It could be one of the many night blooming cacti. When it is just a little too humid, they will send roots anywhere on the plant. This includes the growing tip. This could be what is happening.
