Q.What Is A Creeping Groundgover With Small Red, Trumpet Shaped Flowers?

I am in Zone 9b. The plant is 2″-3″ tall with profuse red flowers about 1/2″ to 3/4″ across and is spreads very well.

The closest thing I am finding is the lotus vine or parrot's beak. I also found one called Orange CarpetĀ®, or creeping hummingbird trumpet, but it is taller than you specified.
