Q.WEED OR WILD PLANT WITH SPIKE OF RED BERRIES

I have a number of these growing in my garden and do not know what they are called or if they are poisonous so would appreciate you advising me please

This is a type of Arum lily, and is NOT edible. The toxicity is questionable between cultivars, so it is safe to say that it is NOT edible. This spike will be followed by a single leaf that appears to be multiple leaves. Very interesting species.
