Q.Unidentified ‘stuff’ On Young Pecan Blooms

Zone 29621 | briannastephens2929 added on May 10, 2020 | Answered

I can’t find any information on what is happening here or what this stuff is. I rubbed one of the blooms and out came a bright orange powder. Is this a disease? Something I should be worried about?
