Q.Tomatillo Harvesting

Anonymous added on September 8, 2011 | Answered

My tomatillo plants grew very tall this year and even with cages, the wind blew down the vines. The fruit is large but the husks are green still, not brown. Can I ripen the tomatillos somehow?

Yes, simply place them in a brown paper bag for a few days and they will ripen just like tomatoes do.
