Q.The Downside Of My Rice Plants’ Leaves Are Always Sticky

When I was running my fingers through my rice plant leaves, I felt it was a bit sticky even tough my hands were clean.

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. Typically, sticky sap on plants is caused by insect damage. I would start by inspecting for signs of insects. Here is an article that will help you with pesticide use:
