I live in the UK, in the South where it is a lot warmer. I would like to grow Brumfelsia Pauciflora but not sure how, what, when to prune. Gateful if you can please give me some information.
Prune yesterday-today-and-tomorrow shrubs in summer after flowering.
It has a flaky substance that is white/mossy green on its branches. It is full of buds but they are never going to flower. It is starting to look like the trees in Georgia that have the Spanish Moss all over them. That's where I live. There is no S.M. in this area. The leaves are turning yellow. The bush is 12 foot tall and about 12 foot around. The base of the bush is about 3 feet wide. This started about 7 weeks ago. My Hummingbirds haven't been back for 5 days now. That's when the bush was full. Now it looks like it's dying really fast. PLEASE HELP! I can not send pictures.
It will be hard to say for sure without photos, but what you describe sounds like a fungal infection. I recommend adding dolomitic lime and wettable sulfur to the area around them. This will kill off infections in the soil, as well as keep the pH stable while this is happening.
This article will help you to care for these shrubs, otherwise: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/yesterday-today-tomorrow/yesterday-today-tomorrow-plant.htm
How to get a seed from a plant yesterday, today and tomorrow. thanks
That is a lovely plant! We don't sell gardening products; only provide information. I would recommend consulting local nurseries or online. These will usually ship to just about anywhere in the world, as long as the plant is not banned in your area.
Round holes in leaves
Your photo did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. There are many things that could leave holes in your leaves, from insects to fungal/bacterial infections.
These articles will offer ways that you can treat these issues:

My Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow is in a large pot; we moved it to our new home last year and it bloomed profusely! It has weathered several "frosts" this winter and some leaves are very dark....My husband used to take care of it, but he died last November and so I am trying to keep it going...should I trim back these very dark leaves? Or just leave it alone??? Thank you so much for your help...Claire (I am 87 years old and not much of a gardener as he was)....
The rule of thumb is to leave the frost-damaged growth until all danger of frost is past. That allows from some protective cover if you are not covering the plant otherwise.
In San Rafael, frost danger is usually over by now, middle of March. But freezes are possible until mid April. So with the weather extremes that are prevalent, I would wait until next month before selective pruning of the blackened, frost damaged foliage. At the same time, you can do a light shaping to suppress the sprawl, just head back the tips of the lateral branches by a few inches with a sharp pruning shears, That will encourage it to fill out and refoliate the damaged areas.
Fertilize spring and fall with a couple of handfuls of a complete organic fertilizer
Water management is critical during the long hot dry season. A moisture meter may help.
My Yesterday Today Tomorrow plant has a milky residue on it everyday. Can you tell me what it is and how to treat it?
It looks like leaf miners. They are hard to control as they are larvae inside the leaf, so pesticides have to applied at exactly the right time. Here is more:

I want to move my well established yesterday today tomorrow plant when can I
I would wait till weather is a little cooler, so as not to add heat stress to transplant stress.
