I accidentally planted my wisteria plant in shade. Now I am not getting any flowers from the plant. Can I use some sort of artificial lighting to make up for the lack of sunlight?
You could. I would erect a small greenhouse over it, though, since any rain would make quick work of your fixture.
You could, also, opt to move the plant to a sunnier spot, carefully. This would be the easier way to go, in my opinion.
s a disease or the way they grow they start out green but then they get this yellow gold like a vein on what should I do I got this as a baby baby plants and I’ve been growing it for about six months
Leaf spots are typically due to a fungus and wisteria is often susceptible. Avoid watering the leaves of your wisteria. Not only does that increase the chance for fungal disease, but it can contribute to sunscald. Water from below with the hose or soaker hoses. Also, make sure you are not overwatering. You can treat the spots with a fungicide as indicated in the articles below, but prevention is the best medicine.
It looks like your wisteria is in a pot, so I have included information on growing wisteria in containers.

My vines are growing slow and need to know if it needs a supplement prior to maturity
Wisteria vines usually take off with gusto and don't need any fertilizer. They prefer rich soil that is neutral to slightly acidic. Pruning may get your vines going.

A cutting was taken from a well established wisteria but it’s not taken. What is the best way to grow one.

enly happen? It made a last start last spring but I put that down to a late severe frost which seemed to check if sprouting. But then it seemed to recover and leafed up and grew on as normal. Was this a sign that it was on its last legs.
Depending on the type that is was, (It doesn't sound like it was the Chinese variety, or it would have been highly invasive) it could very well have lived out its lifespan!
This is unfortunate, but as long as it did not die from disease, then you can likely plant another to replace it.
New to gardening and taking of care of a wisteria. I am just concerned I might choose the wrong type of compost and mulch so any advice would be much appreciated.
Pruning at the right time is very important for wisteria. Here is how to care for the European or the American vines.

My plant lost all its leaves at the end of December. Is hot and sunny now in the UK. When will it grow its leaves again? How soon after winter does it bloom again? I’ve attached a photo of my plant, it’s about 6cm. Thank you ?
Is that a tiny leaf I see at the end of this stem? I suggest using some sterile scissors and clipping it off in the middle of that bend in the center. Give it some compost and some sunlight and see what it does.
If you scratch the stem with your fingernail and you see green underneath the surface, it is probably alive. Wisteria like soil that's slightly acidic.
