The green foliage is absoutly beuatiful on our trellis but no blooms.
You did not give enough information about the care that it gets so here are some general guidelines/possibilities: insufficient sunlight (the plant should get more than 6 hours of direct sun); too much nitrogen-rich fertilizer; pruning at the wrong time (since wisteria only blooms on new wood, you should prune in late winter).
It's taken over my back and side yard, killed trees and split my back porch concrete slab completely in half! Coming from neighbors yard, already spoke to him for help. Vines range from small to 2-4 inches in diameter. They're on and below ground. Chopped the trunk in half with ax, took forever!Sprayed weed killer on cuts trunk and all ground and tree vines I cut. Been cutting and pulling up the vines one by one, above and below ground but it's endless! Am I doing this right to keep it from coming back? Remove all vines completely and dig up trunk?

My arbor is built close to a swimming pool and want to know if the flowers will be falling into the pool?
Wisteria need plenty of room and they require pruning twice a year. That may be too much of a commitment so close to a pool. And I would be worried, too, about racemes dropping into the pool. The native vine is not quite as aggressive as the European varieties, but it, too, needs to be pruned at least twice a year to keep its growth in check.

I am repotting my wisteria
I would not line the container, at all. Make sure that the container has drainage, and that it allows all extra water out. If you must line it, then make sure that it is not something that will degrade over time, but will allow all water to pass through.
My wisteria has thrived on my roofdeck for past two years. I'm now going to build a pergola for the wisteria to cascade down. What factors should I consider in building the pergola to ensure it's strong enough for the wisteria as it grows. And other factors to take into account . . . . thanks,
Sure! This document from

We recently purchased my brother's house and there is a Wisteria in the front lawn, away from the house. It is at least 30 years old, the main trunk seems to have split and the main branches are at ground level, supported by cement blocks. It blooms every year and we want to save it but don't know what to do.
You either can leave it and do routine pruning each year or cut it severely back and start over. Here is how:
