Leaf spots are typically due to a fungus and wisteria is often susceptible. Avoid watering the leaves of your wisteria. Not only does that increase the chance for fungal disease, but it can contribute to sunscald. Water from below with the hose or soaker hoses. Also, make sure you are not overwatering. You can treat the spots with a fungicide as indicated in the articles below, but prevention is the best medicine.
