Your excellent article on how to slow spinach from bolting mentions "The most resistant to bolting were Correnta and Spinner" but I'm having a difficult time finding those two types. In fact, I came up empty when searching Google and Amazon those two types. Do you know the technical or Latin names? Or do you have a link perhaps where I can order them? Thank you so much! Randy
Try searching just "Correnta and Spinner" just like that. When I did that there were several vendors. I cannot recommend a particular vendor, but I would go to your local extension service for a recommendation.

Spinach has relatively shallow roots, and it can be grown in soil that is about 6 to 8 inches (15 to 20 centimeters) deep.
