Q.How Deep Dirt Does Spinach Need To Grow?

I am growing Savoy Spinach indoors. I am searching for a pot to grow it in, however I need to know how deep the pot is. Thankyou!

Spinach has relatively shallow roots, and it can be grown in soil that is about 6 to 8 inches (15 to 20 centimeters) deep.
