I bought polka dot plant 3 months ago from Walmart. It was growing very well for about a month. Once I kept it outside on patio and it started drying out. All the lower leaves turned brown and size is shrinking. I water it every 2 weeks and add miracle grow all purpose food plant. First picture is month old, rest of pictures show current state of the plant. Please let me know what do I need to do? Thanks
Watering every 2 weeks is not likely enough. You should check the soil, it should be moist; never soggy and never completely dry.

My polka dot plant used to be beautiful, lush and full and then suddenly it just took a turn for the worst and now it looks awful. It was one of my favorite plants. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong and if it's savable?? Thanks again so much! Kelly
I am an optimist and think you can save your plant. Cut back the woodier stems to the lowest leaves. Fertilize if you haven't done so in the past month. Especially in late fall/winter, getting good light and moisture conditions right is tricky. Always test the soil with your finger down an inch. Only water if the soil is bone dry at that level. Extra light while it is struggling may help so give it a bright window location. Winter sun where I live is pathetic and we have lots of cloudy days. I often move plants that do well in a NE window during summer to a south window at this time of year. Go by the conditions where you live. I hope your pot has drainage holes; without them, the risk of root rot is much higher. Here is a helpful article on growing polka dot plant.

it got to 28 degrees last night and I would like to know if I cut off the wilted leaves will my pink-poll-dot plant live?
You can certainly try to cut them off. Usually, they are hardy enough to sprout back from the roots. There is still a chance that it is passed the point to revive it, but it never hurts to try.

It gets afternoon sun for about 2-3 hours
It could be that it has too much sun, but it is likely that it is being overwatered. They need the soil to dry out pretty well, at least down to 2 or 3 inches, between waterings. Just don't let them dry out completely. They don't tolerate this.
They prefer indirect, but bright light, though they can handle small amounts of full sun.

My plant is about a foot tall. I will bring it indoor if it will not survive zone 5 winters. But can I cut it way back to go into a pot if I have to bring it in?
I would just dig it up and put it in a pot with fresh potting soil. It won't survive a zone 5 winter.

I have a polka dot plant that I adore, however, I am unsure of how to keep him looking thick and healthy. I have been told many things but mainly just to cut off a longer looking branch and simply stick it back into the dirt underneath near the main growth branch and it would simply root on its own. Is this true and if not, is there a video to watch how to do it right? Help please!!!
You can just pinch them back to keep them bushy. Many times you can propagate just by sticking the cut stem in the pot, but here is a more dependable way:
