In the absence of insects such as bees can you fertilise plums and morello cherries with a small brush ? When is the right time i.e. what state of the blossoming?
If you are referring to pollination... Unless this is an indoor grown specimen, this will be completely unnecessary. Ant, flies, gnats, and just about any insect that is within the area will do the job for you. You will need a separate compatible pollinator, though, since most of the genus is not self-compatible.
If these are indoors, and you know for certain that this is a clean room lacking ANY insects, then you can pollinate one variety with another compatible one with the softest paint brush that you can find. It will be clear when pollen is forming, since it will easily collect on your fingertip upon touching the flower.

We just purchased a pigeon plum tree. Does it bloom? It is a male.
THe tree is dioecious, with male and female flowers on different plants, so you would need a female tree to get fruit.

( the blemish/ bumpy form? The prune tree has 1/2 to 1 inch fruits. Also this tree is between an apricot and nectarine/peach tree....Will the curly leaves spread to them? They both have young fruits on them too! The nectarine/peach tree (fruit salad tree) has bumpy blemish leaves.it seems it is only on one graft branch...the nectarines.
You may have gotten lucky here! Usually, many diseases will infect many trees within the same Genus. This may be one that is specific to nectarine trees.
That will give you a leg up on the situation, since it hasn't spread to other trees, or branches.
Because your tree is grafted, cutting that branch will result in a loss of that species on your tree. For this reason, you will need to only remove infected leaf growth, and treat with a fungicide.
Make sure to keep any infected growth trimmed, without killing the branch wood. Keep all infected, and dropped leaves away from the area.

Is it safe to cut the branches affected at this time-late April? Advise on proper fungicide for it in my area. Thank you
Prune out diseased limbs at any time. Use a fungicide that has the type of tree listed on the label or it shouldn't be used. These articles should help:

I have a tree and the leaves are wittering and dying despite me spraying them with bug clear. Have you any idea what is causing this and what can be done about it?
This has many causes, so finding the exact one will be required to be able to treat the issue.
I suspect Peach Leaf Curl, which can also destroy plums.

I bought a plum tree in a supermarket a few months ago, there is still no life in the branches, but there are shoots growing from the base, so it's not dead. What should I do? Thank you Elaine Clark
If there still aren't any leaves you can scrape off some bark on the branches to see if it is green below. If so, it is still alive. If not, the branches are dead. If the shoots are suckers and the tree is not grafted, you might be able to grow a tree from the sucker if you can separate it with a shovel and it has roots. If it is a grafted tree the suckers are from a rootstalk and won't be the same tree you have. Check the label or look up information online to see if it is grafted onto a rootstalk.
Is this a fruit tree or a purple sand plum, which is just ornamental. The fruit is insignificant.
Here is more information about growing plum trees. You can check and see if you have yours in the right environment.

It’s a plum for cooking and bought last year
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. I am unable to see the issue.
Plums are susceptible to Peach Leaf Curl. This could be the issue.
