My plums looked good but when I picked them , they were soft and full of liquid . Just like a billon full of water
I believe you are having a brown rot fungus on your Plum Trees.
Here are some links with more information.

Three plum trees in our yard died. We cut them down, added new soil to the area, and planted grass. Nothing will grow in a three foot circle where the trees were. Could they have been poisoned?
It could be a disease that affects multiple plants, salt or fertilizer buildup, some other toxic substance in the soil, or very poor drainage in that spot. You could try getting a soil analysis to see if that identifies any problem. You could also flush the soil with clean water to try to remove toxins:

If both grass and plum trees die in the same spot, though, it's unlikely to be a disease.

We have a plum tree which is about 5yr every year the fruit has a mottly coloured circle on fruit. Would you be able to help identify this problem and offer advice. Thanks Pam
This would appear to be Brown Rot on your plums.
Here is more information on this issue and how to treat.

I have what I think is a flowering plum tree that grows suckers from the tree trunk to 6-7 feet from the tree. I tried sucker stopper but it made the suckers droop but didn't kill them. The suckers have taken over our flower bed. Maybe I didn't use the sucker stopper right. Any suggestions
The safest and best way is to cut or pull up the suckers as soon as they appear.
On my plums there is a clear jelly and spots, not on all my plums, how do I get rid of this?
You could have a pest, fungus or disease. These articles may help you (and you can also check with your local County Extension for any zone-specific problems that others may be experiencing) :

Why is the flowers all gone brown and the leafs are looking that they are dying is this common this time of year It had fruits last year very nice a sweet
Do the branches snap off and break?
Do the branches bend?
You can do the scratch test to check if the tree is alive.

If the tree was exposed to cold temperatures, it could have killed off the buds. If this is the case the tree may look bare for the year and then leaf out next season.
You can then prune any dead material next year from the tree.
I am concerned about the concrete the covers the root system of your tree. The trees roots need oxygen and if covered in hard surface material they are not able to get this necessary element.
Plum trees have lots of roots near the surface to help with water and nutrient collection.
If the root system is covered in concrete the tree may die off.
It has happened again this year. Under the leafs are white insects (I think) they are starting to kill the leaves. What can I do. Thankyou.
If you have not already tried it, I suggest neem oil
