I have a new peach tree. At first it was doing great and now the leaves are yellow and falling off and the fruit that were present are all gone. My neighbor's tree that was planted and bought at the same place and time and is doing great. What did I do wrong and can I save it for next year or should I trash it and start over?
It sounds like it may be in shock. Increasing water to the plant will help. These articles will also help:

Peach trees 3 yrs. old with peaches the size of golf ball but a resin like material oozing on one spot of most peaches. Leaves healthy. What is the problem and solution?
It is likely peach borers causing this. They can attack either the branches or the fruit. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/peach/peach-tree-borer.htm
My peaches are about thumb size now and they appear to be bleeding from pin pricks all around, almost all the fruits. A clear sap like seems to be oozing from the affected fruits. What is causing this and how can I stop this?
This may be the Plum Curculio bug.

We had about a month of massive rainfall and flooding to the area we live. Now our peach trees are turning orange and dying. They have produced very good peaches. Even before all the rain they were full of flowers/small fruits but now they are just dying off, about 10 of them! Is there anything we can do to save them or the couple that are still green?

I have two peach trees. They produce lots of peaches but they never get big enough to eat. They stay small and hard. On one tree they stay green and the other tree they turn a little yellow.
If they stay on the tree through to the fall, it may be that your tree is getting just a little bit too little chilling. Without enough chilling, peach trees will not flower properly. If the chilling time is just a little bit short, the fruit will form, but will not ripen. You may want o check the variety and make sure it is appropriate for your area in terms of chilling time.
If the fruit falls off before fall, then this is a pollination issue. These articles will help you with that:

I have white stuff that is on some branches of my young 2 year old peach tree. What is it and what can I use to get rid of it?
It sounds like Powdery Mildew.
Neem Oil is a good treatment.

I just planted my very first peach tree and my very first plum tree. They both are approximately 4 feet tall. How old should I consider the tree's to be? How far up from the ground should my first branches be?
They sound like they are 2-3 years old. It would really depend on how they were propagated. How far up from the ground the branches should be is really more of a personal choice. Lower branches are easier to harvest but does put them in reach of animals like deer.
