My pacasandra is all dying from some sort of disease, is there anything I can put on it to save it?
Consider taking a cutting of you plant to your local Cooperative Extension office (Google for location) so they can help you determine what's happenings. They'll then be able to make suggestions to help.
Without more information it's unclear which direction to head.
I used round up to kill pachysandra and would now like to plant bella no mow grass plugs do I need to remove the roots or can I plant the grass plugs and how long should I waits
Yes, you will want to clean up the planting site and prepare the soil for the new planting.
Turning the soil and raking up the old roots and dead plant material will take a bit of time but worth the effort to ensure the success and health of the new plugs going in.
For your information I'm including a link about the residue and after effects of herbicide in the soil.

I love this plant! However, I would like to curtail its spread in one small area in the corner where I have astilbes. I wonder if a barrier such as a rock border would be sufficient. If not, is there another barrier that I could use that could possibly be as easy? Thanks!
Unfortunately, placing rocks along the border will not stop the Pachysandra plants. You will need to use a barrier edging material.
An edging material that goes below the soil surface several inches will be your best choice.

My pachysandra has developed brown to black spots and then then stems become black and it dies. Is there a fertilizer I should use and should? Should I use something to get rid of fungus? I live in New Jersey. Thank you victoriasimone14@gmail.com
This sounds like a blight. This link has more information.

Can pachysandra be planted in a normally wet area near a drain with about 4 hours sun per day?
They do like moist soil with part shade. This article should help https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/groundcover/pachysandra/pachysandra-ground-cover.htm

We have a large area of pachysandra which my husband planted over ten years ago. This year it seems to have a fungus which has killed part of it and is spreading. How can I treat this? I have used an anti-fungus and fertilizer product which was suggested at Home Depot, but I don't think it is working. Can you suggest anything else or should I continue the same treatment? Sorry but I am not computer savvy and don't know how to upload a photo to this message. If you need one, I'll get some help later today and get it done. Thanks for any help you can give me.
