Was it hydrogen peroxide, which contains oxygen? You can buy that at any drug store, grocery store, or general store. It is used as a disinfectant.

I noticed leaves growing on the flower less stem of my orchid, does it mean I can cut it off and planted to start a new plant? I have never seen this before! Please advice!
