I want to know where You, Heather Rhodes, or rather, your site is located. I follow you on Instagram, but you could be in the UK & I'm wondering if plants you name & recommend are here where I am in the USA. Thought I'd check your website to learn your location. But I confess! I can't find it! You've hidden it well, intentionally or unintentionally. I give up-where are you?

Please include photos. It will be hard to correct the issue without seeing it first. The leaves being yellow maybe related to insect damage, or they could be separate. A photo will help me to determine the cause of the damage.

Unless it has additives, it will be safe to plant. My concern will be the chlorine from the water. This will, usually, gas off fairly quickly, but any solids will dissolve into the soil. You may want to get a soil test kit to make sure that the area is safe for the plants before you set them.
