What is the best ph for olive trees in containers?
My research indicates a pH of 7.0 to 8.0. For more info: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/olive/growing-olive-trees-in-containers.htm
Hello I have an olive tree about 6 years old that hasn't been taken care of for about 5 years and also a sour cherry which we pruned last year and it did branch but then withered. I was wondering if there is still a chance for revitalizing these plants. My pear trees are also showing signs of some kind of sickness on their leaves that I am not familiar with. I want to know what this sickness is and how I can cure it. Thanks in advance
You might want to start with a soil test. This will help you know the soil content and the nutrition your trees will need to thrive.
Your County Extension can help with a soil test.

What, if anything, will grow under olive trees with full shade and heavy root system.
Correction to everything below: I have a type of "aloe" plant that grows excellent in full shade under my oleanders but idk what strain.
Vera also have extremely shallow roots so they won't interfere with any other plant.
Aloe Vera or any type of Veras grow excellent right under my oleanders with near absolute shade.
My wife knew that I wanted an Olive tree or two. She stumbled across an olive tree for sale at Sam's Club and bought it. The tag only say's "Premium Olive". Is there a way to tell what species of olive tree it is?
I'm sorry, but it is very difficult to differentiate between species sometimes. This will require very careful examination of the size of the anatomy of the plant such as: Leaves, seeds, flowers, stem internode length, and other factors. I wish this answer could be more simple, but this subject can get complicated.
My wife bought an olive tree a few months ago. It had a tag that oonly said "Premium Olive" is there any way to identify the particular species or cultivar of olive it is?
There are ways to get close, but with some things the only way is to test its DNA. Now, you can get close , but you will have to pay attention to exact leaf size, fruit size, internode length, among many other factors. I'm sorry, but there is no simple way to do this, unless it is a special cultivar.
