These are growing in a flowerbed that I replaced all the potting so I’ll along with mulch this year. They have just begun the last 10days. There is more everyday but seems to be gone by night. Are the harmful to pets or humans?
This looks to be Coprinellus or Coprinopsis. They are not harmful unless you eat them while drinking alcohol. There is no reason to get rid of them, as they are helping to break down organic material. I would suggest allowing them to continue on.
Honey fungus has already killed an old hornbeam an oak tree 30 metres of conifer hedge and an apple tre.
Unfortunately, Armillaria does not have a treatment. Removal of all infected materials, and antifungal agents will help to kill off any remaining specimen.

Several sizes, shapes, and colors of mushrooms growing on my front yard.
They are not a hazard unless they eat the mushrooms. Naturally occurring fungi are present in the soil, on plants, and throughout the environment. Certain types of fungal spores become airborne and may cause allergic symptoms. This occurs whether or not you have mushrooms in your lawn. You can reduce the number of mushrooms/toadstools in your yard by decreasing moisture and/or shade. They actually are beneficial to your lawn and are helping break down organic materials.
