afternoons. The plant was doing very well for about a year and now suddenly the leaves are getting black spots and rotting on the plant. I’ve cut these leaves off but it just seems to be travelling down the entire plant. Could somebody please give me some advise on saving this plant or should I cut my losses and get rid of it? Included is a picture of the leaves
You may have some stem rot or root rot going on. If you want to try to save it, quickly replant it in fresh soil and a clean container. Examine the roots and cut off any that are dark and/or mushy. Here is more:

I recently bought a monstera deliciosa from Home Depot, but it was clear they were on sale because they had taken some beatings. The one I picked has a few good leaves, but others are shredded or broken in the middle. There are also quite a few stems that haven’t produced any leaves but have turned brown as shown in the attached image. Should I cut off the damaged leaves And stems or let them be? Also, If I do need to cut them, where should I be cutting?
If it won't be cutting most of the leaves off, you can cut them at the base and new ones should grow.

Hello, can you tell me why my monstera leaves are droopy and curling downwards? Even the stems are droopy and leaves hanging vertically? I live in London (UK) in a flat with south west facing window with lots of light and low humidity, that's why I mist it occasionally, but still the leaves are hanging downwards. I only water it thoroughly when the first top inch of the soil is dry and fertilise it once a month. Are the leaves not getting enough water that's why they are droopy?
You may want to consider repotting your plant if you haven't done so in some time. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/swiss-cheese-plant/repotting-cheese-plants.htm
Sometimes a slow wilt like this can indicate root rot. It sounds like you're doing everything else well, so you might consider this possibility as well:

Hello Some of my leaves especially on my tropical plants are looking very weird and I cannot find any insects on them. Some have light shine through the leaves, some are getting yellow very quickly and some have dried border on the leaves. Could it be too much/too little water or not enough nutrients, too much or too little light or just simply disease. please help as i don't know the difference so not sure how to care for them. thanks Selly
I do see some photos, now. This looks like it could be overwatering, and in need of feeding!
I would like to buy these on line
We do not recommend places to purchase, unfortunately. What I can do is offer information on its care:

My monstera is massive and really needs to be cut back, I would like to get multiple plants out of the cuttings but I’m really unsure of where to cut on the plant for propagation to be successful. Here is a pic of the plant stems, can you advise where I need make the cut please?
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through, but this article will help you to do so, properly:

I have 1 tall plant, that is all 1 stem. The bottom of the stem is about 1inch circumference while the top is closer to 2.5inch circumference. Very top heavy and i have it staked to hold it upright. Multiple aerial roots. Doesn't have stems to cut to propagate it. If I just lop off the top, will the plant regain the height or does cutting from the top stop vertical growth.
It should continue to grow vertically even if you lop off the top.
