Plant looks like dying. Please help me
There are many plants that go by the name money plant. For this, I will assume that it is the common schefflera. This could be the start of a fungal infection. Could you include photos? This can help me to see what is going on here.
Make sure that you only water when the top two inches of soil is almost completely dry. The can handle bright, indirect light but direct light can burn the leaves.

I have planted money plant cuttings in a bottle of water indoors and roots are starting to develop. What are the care instructions for this if planted in water - sunlight exposure, water change frequency, fertilizer? It's growing very slowly.. any other tips please?
When there are numerous roots, 2-5cm long, the cutting is ready to be potted up.
Pot into pre-moistened potting mix in a suitably sized container with drainage, and keep the compost moist but not soggy until you see new growth.

Hi there, I’ve had my Pilea plant indoors on a coffee-table near a sunny window for three months now, in a self-watering pot that I water(ed) twice a week and spritzed daily. About two months ago, my Pilea developed these browned leaf ends and got a bit droopy. I fear he may have been burned by the sun one day. As a result, it doesn’t seem like he’s grown at all since I bought him. I’ve tried all kinds of measures since then to seemingly no avail (eg. testing different sites in the room, watering less, fertiliser). Do you happen to have any advice?
This appears to be a fungus and is likely due to overwatering. It looks like every leaf is effected and you may want to toss this plant and start over.
Keep soil evenly moist and misting is not required.

Can I start my money plants via seed in 4"pots"
You can. Just make sure to transplant them when the roots start to wrap around the bottom of the container. This will prevent them from reaching their full potential if they get root bound.
but I want to save it. It is indoors and may have been in the draft
Yearly pruning is recommend.

Several of my pilea leaves are developing black spots at the center or brown spots along the edge. What is causing it and how can I prevent it?
This is likely a fungal infection. This happens most often when the soil remains too wet for too long. It should be allowed to dry out, at least down to about 2 inches before watering again. Neem oil may help.
