A recently planted Mandevilla vine has leaves turning brown after 2 weeks in the ground. Us this normal?
Could you include a photo? Depending on how this is progressing, it could be a number of issues. In the meantime, this article will give you an idea of what they need in order to flourish: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/mandevilla/mandevilla-plant.htm
I have a giant crimson mandevilla that was planted in the ground next to a cement slab and on a trellis. The hole was filled in with Miracle Grow garden soil. I've used miracle grow rose and bloom shake and feed after planting about a month ago. I haven't seen any new growth on the plant. Is it too soon? Should I prune it? The plant looks healthy but I had a smaller mandevilla in a pot on a trellis that was an aggressive grower. That's what I was expecting with the giant variety as well.
This will require a certain set of conditions that will allow for proper growth. It is likely that something is off in the soil.
This article will help you to know what their care requires: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/mandevilla/mandevilla-plant.htm
I bought 3 mandevilla plants this spring from Lowes and one of them seems to be dying. I planted them along a fence so they get plenty of sun every day, at least 6 hours. I have fertilized and mulched them and water about 2 times a week. The other two plants are doing fine. This plant gets about an hour more shade in the afternoon than the two healthy plants, but still gets a full 6 hours. Help, please! Don
If these are new plantings, make sure you are adequately watering. Depending on temperatures and soil, twice a week may not be enough.
Daily water for the first 2 weeks is generally required.

Mine bloomed last year but I can't remember when that was. It is now July & no flowers as yet. The plant looks healthy but no flowers.
There are several factors that could contribute to the lack of flowering. I will place here, a couple of articles that will help you to understand what is happening: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/mandevilla/mandevilla-blooming-season.htm

I found these caterpillars just eating away on my mandevilla today. There are no Oleander's close by but are several more mandevilla's. Should I worry about it spreading to other plants. What is the best way to rid the plant of these caterpillars?
This is the caterpillar of the Gulf Fritillary.
It’s brilliant orange coloring makes it easy to spot and you can often see the silver spots of the underwing when it’s at reast or feeding. The caterpillar is also orange and black with fearsome looking, but soft, spines.

When I bring my plant in for the winter should I cut the vines from the trellis? When indoors should I have something for the vines to wrap around? Will it flower indoors in the winter months?
You should definitely give it something to trellis on, and trimming it down some will be ok. Here is an article that will tell you exactly what you need to know: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/mandevilla/mandevilla-plant.htm
