Do mandavilla like being root bound
They can tolerate it, but It will not hurt to transplant. If you want a little more control, I would put it in another container. If you are In zone 9 or above, then it can go outside. If you are in the part of Florida that is zone 8, then you will have to leave it in a container.
I cut back my potted mandevilla a month ago. The new stems are so weak and lean over. How do I make them become strong?
This will usually happen with a lack of light. Are they also very light in color? This will further indicate that it is lacking light.
It is naturally a vine, so it will lay over without support, but if it is too weak then fixing the lighting will take care of that.

This site tells what and when ,but doesn’t state HOW MUCH PER PLANT of fertilizer is to be used Bi-weekly.
It really depends on if this is liquid or slow release fertilizer. Liquids will have their own instructions, but I prefer to feed at half strength every two weeks. If this is granular, or slow release, then once in spring will be fine each year.
I just purchased a white and red mandevilla. It has blooms but don't open they fall off. I have a red and pink open and they don't have this problem. What could be wrong.
Too much or too little water can cause mandevilla buds to fall off. The soil should be kept consistently moist, but not waterlogged (if the soil gets too soggy there may be a drainage problem with the soil mix). Pest problems can also cause this- check inside and around the flowers for tiny insects such as thrips or aphids.
What are these very tiny balls on upper new stems , smaller than an ant.
Can you include a photo? This will help me to see what is going on.
I have a pretty crimson red mandevilla what are it’s ideal growing preferences? It is only one month old and is currently planted in the ground and shows promise. I’d like to know how much sunlight and ph etc. Thanks so much

Yes, you will want to add a support to your container.
