I have an old plant and also two new ones. They all have the same problem. The old one has new leaves and growth near the end of the vine but no leaves near the soil. It still blooms every year, but not as much as in years past. The new ones were sent through the mail and have the same problem but they look healthy and are growing. I can take a picture but cannot download to my computer.
I'm wondering if they have enough humidity. This plant is actually a jungle native, and requires similar conditions to thrive. Here's an article that will help:

light regimen. Gave it succulent food, water when 1-1/2 inch top dry. Some tips appeared but seemed to have stalled out. What can I do? Just wait it out?
These plants don't take well to bright light, but prefer filtered or indirect light. Use a fertilizer with a ratio of 3:1:2. Nitrogen, the first number, should be the highest.

it is red with green vining - looks somewhat like a so called fish plant? Name under pic is Pelargonium "Always." All I could find is geraniums? I don't see here where it uploaded my pic?
That photo is definitely mislabeled. Neither the leaf nor the flower looks like a geranium.
I wonder if you saw a Lipstick plant (Aeschynanthus radicans). It has a similar appearance to the photo.
No details.

ooks droopy and leaves are dropping. Too much sun? It's in a bathroom window behind frosted glass. Afternoon sun.it's been no higher than 75 the last week, chilly st night..... 50's I ignored it for a month and it looked better. ?
It may not be getting enough light behind the filtered glass. The move may have set it back, too. Moving a plant to a new location is often problematic. Was it thriving before the move? If so, I would move it back. They need bright light for most of the day. It is probably losing leaves due to the location change and lower light. Also, be sure you aren't overwatering. plant is healthy water it when soil is dry
Unfortunately, there are several causes. This can be due to there being too much nitrogen in soil, pH being off, temperature fluctuation, Lighting issues, and several other things. This plant can be a little picky. These articles can help:
